HPLC手性固定相法拆分四氢呋喃-2-甲酸甲酯对映体Enantioseparation of methyl tetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylate on chiral stationary phase by HPLC

摘要(Abstract):
目的 采用HPLC手性固定相法拆分四氢呋喃-2-甲酸甲酯对映体。方法 采用Chiralcel OD-H(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)色谱柱,流动相为正己烷-异丙醇(90:10),流速1.0 mL·min(-1),柱温25℃,检测波长220 nm。结果 四氢呋喃-2-甲酸甲酯对映体的分离度大于3.3,分析时间在10 min内。结论 所用方法快速、温和、分离度高,为该对映体的合成及质量控制提供了一种简单高效的检测方法。
